Jon Yi, freelance director and cinematographer, was contacted by Canon before the announcement of the EOS C300 and was granted the rare opportunity to shoot with Canon’s new digital cinema offering for one full week, all in the hopes of creating a video detailing his thoughts and experiences with the camera. Sounds great, right? Well, it seems Canon wasn’t so pleased with the lighthearted, albeit incredibly informative, results.
