Sony Alpha Rumors is in the midst of collecting more and more information from credible sources which point to a presumably exciting month of August for the Sony camp. While Sony themselves have confirmed that a full-frame successor to the A900 is in the works, the topic of conversation has been a bit stagnant as of late, allowing Canon and Nikon to soak-up the full-frame talk handily. Is now the time in which Sony plans to unleash a true large-sensored contender?

Nikon Confirms the D4/D800 “Freezing” Phenomenon – Investigating Resolutions

While Canon has been thoroughly entrenched in a highly-publicized 5D Mark III hardware faux pa, a problem that the company has just now corrected, it seems as though Nikon will have a few service issues of their own to contend with as well, confirming that a “small number” of D4s and D800s have the tendency to “lock-up” and become unresponsive.
