I agree entirely. It was surprising to hear that people spend a lot of money on entering film festivals when they don't have basics like audio and framing down. Still, I guess these festivals have to make money somehow! :D

I like the sound of the no-risk, double-or-nothing entry method though. Might look into that at some point.

Are you and Pam going to start on a project when you get to the states? Like I said before, both of you have an awesome visual style - I can't wait to see what you guys come up with on the motion side of things.
