The Digital Visual Forum is an international, online forum. It is a top priority that the forum becomes an enlightening, educational, supportive, and welcoming place that allows all aspects of photography and filmmaking to be shared and discussed.
Numerous rules have been put in place so there can be no misconception regarding the privileges and responsibilities by being a contributing member to The Digital Visual online community.

As a registered contributing member to The Digital Visual Online Forum Community, you agree to abide by the following rules:
As a member, you are entirely responsible for the content of your posts. You agree to hold the TDV owner and staff harmless regarding any claim based against you from a posted message or behavior.
You agree to only post images and/or other material to which you have exclusive copyright, or permission from the copyright holder that you are able to present to TDV Staff. Please remember that copyright infringement is one of the biggest offenses facing modern creatives, so under no circumstances will any instance of copyright infringement be tolerated.
You agree not to post any links or messages that lead to material, which could be interpreted as obscene, prejudiced, illegal, or intimidating in nature by TDV Staff. With that said, TDV Staff reserves the right to edit or delete any material which is deemed as so. Please keep in mind the forum is international and TDV attracts many visitors worldwide.
TDV prides itself on encouraging friendly and open communication regarding all aspects of photography, technology, and filmmaking. Personal attacks on any members as well as TDV Staff will not be tolerated, so please be amicable.
Please no spamming or flaming. Not only is it both annoying and frustrating for the TDV administrators as well as the forum readers, but it also has a tendency to slow the site.
When posting on TDV community forum, please remember to follow the aforementioned rules. They are intentionally set so that all forum members can speak their minds, share their works, and support each other in a supportive, friendly, and respectful manner.
