After last week’s private Sony event was proven to be not-so-private due to the vast NEX-F3 and Alpha A37 image leaks which surfaced, it was only a matter of time before each camera’s specification revelations soon followed.
On May 17th, 2012, Sony will officially announce the above-mentioned respective entry-level NEX and Alpha models alongside two zoom lenses – the 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 OSS, and 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 SAM, the latter of which will be priced at or around $500.00.
The A37 is being reported to be priced at $599 with the 18-55mm kit lens, or $799 with the 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 SAM. Here are the latest known specifications to expect courtesy of Sony Alpha Rumors and Photo Rumors:
