Whether it be premature or deliberate, the long-awaited Panasonic Lumix GH3 has just been “debuted” by Panasonic via their official YouTube channel. The lengthy premiere trailer, confirms a few important specs that have been floating around the rumor mills for quite sometime, while highlighting the areas of improvement over its predecessor.
The video below, which may potentially be taken down sooner than later, brings to light the cameras new 16MP Live-MOS sensor, paired with a new version of Panny’s Venus processor. The trailer also confirms the camera’s splash and dust proof magnesium alloy exterior and the ability to shoot video at bit-rates up to 72Mbps. In lieu of the outing, 43 Rumors has re-released their full list of presumed GH3 specifications, adding a bit more fuel to the anticipatory fire surrounding Panasonic’s eagerly-anticipated new mirrorless – take a look:
