If it wasn’t for Andrew Reid of EOSHD’s initial report, claiming the existence of a Sony FS700, the 4K-ready successor to the acclaimed FS100, one might have been inclined to believe Sony’s April 1st announcement that spread like wildfire over the inter-webs was a sad attempt to partake in the April Fool’s Day festivities… But alas, it’s not, and the existence and planned release of the FS700 is as real as it gets.
